REAL Success – Take the Quiz
Pastor John C. Maxwell founded an organization called Injoy to serve his mission of developing leaders. I found this quiz he offers online to help see how well you understand what he calls REAL success. All four of these things are important factors in our success as Young Life leaders, too.
RELATIONSHIPS The greatest skill needed for success is the ability to get along with other people. It impacts every aspect of a person’s life. Your relationships make you or they break you.
EQUIPPING One of the greatest lessons I’ve learned in life is that those closest to you determine the level of your success. If your dreams are great, you achieve them only with a team.
ATTITUDE People’s attitudes determine how they approach life day to day. Your attitude, more than your aptitude, determines your altitude.
LEADERSHIP Everything rises and falls on leadership. If you desire to lift the lid on your personal effectiveness, the only way to do it is to increase your leadership skills.

This quiz was a great way for me to determine what areas in leadership I need to improve upon. While I took this quiz, I was able to remember events during my time as team coordintator that related to each question.
I liked that quiz. Perhaps this would be a good tool to implement in leadership training. Yes?

I took this quiz and it helped me to realize some stuff about my leadership skills, expecially at the high school i do Young Life at. I encourage everyone to take a few minutes out of the day and take this quiz.
