		<description>Great thoughts.  I know it&#039;s always been a struggle on the teams I&#039;ve been on to keep maintain a positive unity.  It seems like we get to being &quot;funny&quot; which means being extremely sarcastic, and even though we laugh together, it&#039;s not up lifting.

That&#039;s especially true when new people join the team.

I think it&#039;s important to be mindful of how we are loving each other and buiding each other up.

Spending time together away from kids is a great way to build that community.</description>
