I know it's always been a struggle on the teams I've been on to keep maintain a positive unity. It seems like we get to being "funny" which means being extremely sarcastic, and even though we laugh together, it's not up lifting. That's especially true when new people join the team. I think it's important to be mindful of how we are loving each other and buiding each other up. Spending time together away from kids is a great way to build that community. Great thoughts.
