We are NOT counselors, but what can we learn from one?

1. As a counselor, what types of things have you learned that would be helpful for anyone in youth ministry?
2. Folks in youth ministry are not counselors, so at what point in relationships with kids should we realize our friend needs to talk to someone other than us (a professional counselor) about issues they are dealing with.
