“Ultimate” Contact Work

Our ministry doesn’t/shouldn’t stop just because the school year does, so here’s a great idea for summer contact work, Ultimate Frisbee. If you don’t know what Ultimate is, think soccer combined with football combined with basketball and played with a frisbee.
